Workshop servicing and repairs are carried out on a drop off basis by appointment only to Wokingham. On your arrival your bike will be given a FREE assessment to ensure the correct service has been selected.

BICYCLE SERVICING OPTIONS

BRONZE

£45 + Parts

Recommended every 3-6 months

Bike Assessment Plus:

  • Safety check of bicycle
  • Gears adjusted
  • Brakes adjusted
  • Hubs checked and adjusted
  • Headset checked and adjusted
  • Bottom Bracket checked and adjusted
  • Wheels checked for trueness and spoke tension and adjusted in frame
  • Tyres inflated
  • Drive-train lubed
  • Test ride

*Any Additional work charged at £10 per 1/4 hour

SILVER

£90 + Parts

Recommended every 6-12 months

Bronze Service Plus:

  • Bike cleaning
  • Drive-train removed, inspected, degreased, and re-fitted (inc. front and rear derailleur cranks, chain cassette and bottom bracket)
  • Pedals removed and threads cleaned and greased
  • Hubs checked and adjusted
  • Wheels removed and trued in jig for greater accuracy

*Any Additional work charged at £10 per 1/4 hour

GOLD

£145 + Parts

Recommend every 12-18 months

Silver Service Plus:

  • Complete strip down of bicycle to base frame
  • Forks removed, cleaned and inspected
  • Headset stripped, inspected and bearings cleaned/ greased or replaced as needed
  • Hubs stripped, inspected and bearings cleaned/ greased or replaced as needed
  • Rebuild complete bicycle and components
  • Bar tape fitted if required
  • A full set of cables fitted if required

If Brake bleeds are required please add an extra £30 and an extra £40 for an integrated headset cockpit

*Any Additional work charged at £10 per 1/4 hour

condition/ age of bicycle.

As a Brompton qualified mechanic, I will ensure your Brompton Bicycle is maintained to the highest standard with the correct parts and fitting.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME…

I’m Fernando, but most people call me Ferdi. After years of working in the motor industry, I made the decision that it was time for an exciting career change and completed Cytec, the recognised industry standard qualification. Having started as a mechanic at Specialized, I then headed off to Evan’s Cycles as head mechanic and then on to Workshop Manager at “The Bia Hub”.

As a cycling enthusiast, I’ve developed a meticulous eye for detail, and pride myself on providing exceptional customer service. When you entrust me with your beloved bike, rest assured that I will give it my all. To further reassure you, here are my qualifications:
